"We Are Friends" quest
A question about this quest in the fairy settlement states in the description of the reward, "Certificate of Promise - Undecided". Anyone know how many certificate this quest give?

I have done this quest ~10 times, most of them giving me 3 certificates. It happened to give me 2, one or two times. Which means 1 key part for a twilight upper armor :P
