Default Can't log in, no option to change password

Tried logging in game after being out of game for many years. I went through and added the game on my NC account (forced me to when I logged in my nc account). I have a few questions:
1. Can you only have 1 account now? Are my other characters wiped?
And yes, I did log in when I got the email that year saying log in or accounts will be deleted.
2. Where is the option to change the game accounts password?
3. Is there a contact number for support?

I also tried submitting a ticket. After filling out the fields, and clicking submit, it takes me back to this page https://ncsoft.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

There doesn't seem to be a way to check the status of my ticket, and I didn't get an email.

There is no link to this through support, you have to type it into the web url.

I still think I could get this done much faster through phone support. I got a response, but the instructions were incorrect. I'm still at step 1, and knowing ncsoft, it will be about 2 weeks until I get a 2nd reply.

idk why you have problem, for me work very good to up ticket

click in support button upper R side
will need to log again with mail/pasw
click to Submit Ticket

Maybe I wasn't clear enough.

Step 1. go here: https://help.ncsoft.com/hc/en-us
Step 2. Click "Lineage II" link under "Game Support", and it should take you here:
https://support.lineage2.com/hc/en-us/
Step 3. Under "Contact Us" click "Can't Login?", this should take you to the ticket to fill out
Step 4. Fill out the require fields of the ticket (they have a *), and click submit.

What happens after step 4? Nothing

You don't get a notification email saying your ticket has been received.
There is no link showing the status of the ticket you just opened.
It just takes you back to here after clicking submit:

So I thought for whatever reason my ticket didn't go through, and had no way of being assured it was received.

Suddenly, 2 hours later I got an email from support with a link to respond to the ticket. After taking away the numbers in the link and leaving it up to this:
https://help.ncsoft.com/hc/en-us/requests

I was able to figure out this is how you view your tickets.

I hope this is clear enough.

P.S. I'm still waiting for a 2nd response to my ticket.

You can have only one L2 account per NC account, and you can have only one NC account per email. You should be able to split L2 accounts onto different email accounts, if you can have those different email addresses.

From the FAQ:

I have multiple Aion and Lineage II game accounts on my NCSOFT master account.How do I update my accounts to different NC Accounts?

Log in to your current NCSOFT Master Account and follow the steps to update to the NC Account system until you have updated all preferred accounts to separate NC Accounts. You will need to use different e-mail addresses for each NC Account you create. An NC Account can manage one activated Aion game account and one activated Lineage II game account.

Right there at https://secure.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/accountProfile.pl. The game password, the forum password and the NC account password are the same. The game login is additionally protected by a pincode.

I've tried everything on my end.
I added Game account to PlayNC account. I've reset the PlayNC account password.
I've tried logging into game as:
Username - PlayNC Account Name
Password - The password used for the PlayNC account
Username - Game Account Name
Password - The password used for the PlayNC account
I don't know what to do from here on out.

Thanks, I thought it was my PlayNC account name. So that takes care of 1 account. Now I just need to find out how to migrate my 4 other accounts into different playNC accounts.
