Default Remotely access

Hi there i would like to ask a question!
First of all sorry for my english!!!
As a mentee i have an obligation to stay on for my mentor(thats the way i feel). As we all know august is coming and i will be out for a month (i am kind of lucky).
I would like to know if there is a way in order to access my pc remotely an sighn in my character.
Where i am going i am not able to have 24/7 internet but only by using a prepaid internet usb thing (dont remember how it is called)
I tried Team Viewer and Ammy Admin but both stuck when l2 log in window opens. some forums say that there isnt compatibility by the pc i try to get access other that directx dosnt permit you and another one that gameguard doest allow it.

Please help if you know a way or what shall i do.

Windows 7 on target pc
Win xp home on trying to get access pc (netbook)

Thank you in advance

If only all mentee's were like that! Tbh i wouldn't worry about being online for your mentor a whole month when your away, tell him to find another mentee.

If you do want to, go to logmein.com

firefox works best yes, but your home pc (the one you take over) must be vista/7 for this to work. So in your case im sorry, it would not!

The only stuff I know is working on XP is (any) Windows guest under a VMware player. And then any remote desktop solution will work.

For everything else, you'll need a 64-bit version of Windows.

And... being a mentor may be worth the trouble. Being a mentee doesn't.
