Default Direct3D acceleration

everytime i start lineage, there's this error:

Please enable Direct3D acceleration. You can do this by starting dxdiag and enabling Direct3D Acceleration in the Display1/2 tab after installing DirectX 8.1b (or later) and the latest drivers for your graphics card.

help me please , i looked everywhere, on google, on yahoo, but everybody always says the same, install the newest version! i already done that like a 100 times! i really don't know what to do anymore

Ok i can help you on this, this should fix it.

Go to Display in Control panel, then click the settings tab. Then hit the Advanced button on the lower right. Once the new window pops up, go to the Troubleshoot tab and raise the bar to the far right. That should get rid of the error for ya.

Ok i wont give up yet,

In the run command box type dxdiag,

Once it pops up go to the display tab, There a area called DirectX features. There 3 buttons with disable/enable. Make shure they all say enable by clicking on them. This should help.
If anyone of them are grayed out (cant click on them). It looks like you need to install your AGP controller driver.

To put it blunt....

Your playing with onboard video with 128 megs of ram with a PII. You don't even meet Minimum Requirements. That laptop isn't good enough to play the game. You need to do some major upgrading and get something else completely.

I going to have to agree with splatter on this one also, I saw 366 PII and trident video card which is a 2d card. This laptop cant handle lineage II.

Your better off buying a new latop if you really want to play lineage II.
