Screen Rez gone low after Crash

Hi ..
Ive been crashing regulary in C4 (like most of my Friends have).. But on the last crash the game resolution has switched its self to the lowest setting. It can not switch it back becouse the options/video window is now to big tobe used. Is there some other way to set the screen resolution back to a manageble size?
