Two years ago, a great American Company(NCSOFT), in whose symbolic shadow we play created the Eula Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of online gamers who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice (WOW, EVERLASTI,II). It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of captivity. But two years later, we must face the tragic fact that Hindemith is still not free.

Two years later, the life of the online gamer is sadly crippled by the manacles of farmers and the chains of illegal program parties. Two years later, Hinde lives on a lonely island of real players and in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. Two years later, Hinde is languishing in the corners of the farmer society and finds himself an exile in his own land.

So I have posted here today to dramatize an appalling condition. In a sense we have come to our servers capital to cash a check. When the architects of our community wrote the magnificent words of the Eula and the Declaration of Forum Policies, they were signing a promissory note to which every Hinde was to fall heir.

This note was a promise that all players would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of PVP, Leveling, and the pursuit of drops. It is obvious today that NCsoft has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as the citizens of Hinde are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, NCsoft has given the Hinde people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this corporation.

So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom from the farmers/illegal progam users and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind NCsoft of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to rise from the dark and farmer populated dragon valley to the sunlit path of justice. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of Lineage’s children. Now is the time to lift our server from the quicksands of farmer injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

It would be fatal for NCsoft to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the Hinde community . This Blistering winter of the Hinde legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom from farmers and equality in gameplay. C4 is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the Hinde needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the NCsoft returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in Lineage until Hinde is granted his Eula rights. (Ban Redguards!)


The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our server until the bright day of justice emerges. But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.
We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into
board flames. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting Redguards and farmers with a united force.

The marvelous new militancy which has must engulf the Hinde community must not lead us to distrust of all chinesse people, for many of our chinesse brothers, as evidenced by their presence in our clans and alliances, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone. And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of Eula rights, "When will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as our toons, heavy with the fatigue of leveling, cannot log in the catacombs of the server and the dungeons of Aden or raid the bosses without farmers taking them over. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Hinde basic mobility is from smaller cats, dungeons and raid bosses. We can never be satisfied as long as a Hinde cannot post and a player in our great community believes they have nothing for which to post worth fighting for. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.

I am not unmindful that some of you have posted here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of the forum police. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive.

Go back to the Giran, go back to Oren, go back to Aden, go back to Hunters Village, go back to the slums and ghettos of our beginner villages, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair. I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the Hinde dream.

I have a dream that one day this server will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all players are created equal." I have a dream that one day on the grounds of aden castle that single clans and clans of small alliances and the clans of large alliances will be able to sit down together at a table of Aden. I have a dream that one day even the alliances of Legend, Epoch, Core, Divine, Oblivine sweltering with the heat of injustice and oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice. I have a dream that all the people of Hinde will one day live in a nation where they will not log in and find their raidboss taken by a farmer clan or illegal programs in there favorite hunting area. Every character will be a real character and the Eula enforced though out all of Hinde. I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day Redguards, whose leaders are presently overflowing with the words of arrogance and nullification, will be hunted into a situation where little clans and big clans and little alliance and big alliance will be able to join hands with Epoch and Legend, Core, Divine exc. and walk together as sisters and brothers to wipe out Redguards and rid our server of the evil that is plaguing our great community. I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be farmer free, every hill and mountain shall be made illegal program free, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lineage shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together. This is our hope. This is the faith with which I return to the Hinde. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony
of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pvp together, to struggle together, to go to hunt together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

This will be the day when all of Hinde’s children will be able to sing with a new meaning, "My server, 'tis of thee, sweet land is botter free, of thee I sing. Land where Redguards died, land of our servers pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring." And if Hinde is to be a great server, this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of Dion. Let freedom ring from the Dragon Valley of Giran. Let freedom ring from the Cemetery of Aden! Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Dwarven Village! Let freedom ring from the Ruins of Agony of Gludio! But not only that; let freedom ring from Enchanted Valley of Hunters Village! Let freedom ring from Ivory Tower of Oren! Let freedom ring from every hill and every molehill of Goddard. From every mountainside, let freedom ring.

When we let freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every clan and every alliance, we will be able to speed up that day when all of Hinde's children, small clans and big clans, American and European, Russian and German, will be able to join hands and sing in the words, "Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!"
I am asking for all the clans and alliances to come together for a week or two to form a mega server alliance that’s only purpose is to take out Redguards!
We put everything on hold for 1 week or 2. No sieges or festivals just log in form a party and PK redguards. Go red then have someone help you wash it. If anyone PK’s you while they are red they go on a server wide PK hunt. We must unite ALL the alliances if we want to beat Redguards. How bad do you want your freedom? Ncsoft isn’t going to give it to you , you are going to have to rise up and take it!

that is bull crap. to be honest, we have been trying to stop them for what? since c3??????? It will not end with our involvement. They don't care a rats (rear end) if we kill them, foil a few raids, etc..... half of the alliances on this server are warring them. They don't care. They still kill the bosses. They still get what they want, even if they cannot kill a certain boss at a certain time. It can only end with the big-shots upstairs stepping into the picture.

I dunno mate. I thought screenshots of Kiffy blatantly saying she sells adena online and that I wouldn't have that problem if I had a clan full of bots was pretty sufficient evidence.

Funny thing is tho, I still haven't gotten a reply from that petition I sent through the NC Soft support section on this very website.

Least they could have done was say they will look into it.

there is something u can do to take it into ur own hands, get a vast majority of the legit players on the server to train every b*t they see get there gear and after time adena prices will rise causing the e**yers to pay more money an some of them wont do that, meanin they make less money stuff like that eventually it will get rid of SOME of the b*ts theres no way u can ever get rid of them all

Forum mods close the threads telling you to go to support (or just delete them), which will either ignore you or send you to... the forums. It's a very well worked out system to make paying customers numb and give up. It's not like NC invented it but they sure play it well...

Considering all the apathy when it comes to doing something about RG, nothing will ever get done. Far too many people think it won't help if we all rise up against them, yet it's never been tried. I'm not talking a clan here a clan there..ALL the big alliances need to be involved.

People think they don't care about dying, what happens when they die (and their rezzers die) again and again? They lose exp, they delvl if done enough times. And then? They will have to go grind like they used to do. So yes, they will care about dying, if they die consistantly.
