Default Spoil (Level Gap)

If a scavenger/BH spoils a mob and it is then killed by a person much higher level than both the scav/BH and the mob, will it still have the same chance to turn blue (as with the manor)?

Spoil is only affected by the level of the guy spoiling the mob, so yes if your hitting lv 30 mobs with an lv 30 spoiler and an lv 70 player kill the mobs, the spoils won't get affected at all and work just fine, what on other hand will get affected is the drops :P

Yes, thats exactly why I team up my lvl57 SE, my lvl62 SH and my lvl47 BH.

The BH activates spoil, the SH nukes it and the SE recharge MP for the spoiler/SH
good setup

Sorry, but that was changed with C2 or C3, if I am not mistaken.

Spoil USED to depend only on the Scavenger in terms of mobs turning blue.

Now it is, that the chance of going blue is affected by the level of the player, who did the most damage to the mob.

If you spoil festival with a lvl 40 dwarf and have a lvl 76 nuki blast the whole train away, the chance of any mob going blue is almost not existant.

No way.
C2/C3 was working this way.
So 70 lev BH can spoil 30 lev and get it blue if someone 30 lev kill the mob.

NOW if 30 lev Scav spoil 30 lev mob but mob is killed by 70 lev char there is no regular drops but there is chance to spoil.
Manor works this way too so you can spoil and seed with low level char and kill with high level.

Best party for this low level BH (need to have spoil festival) and high level polearm user (and SE for recharge).
This party can make real nice cash at cruma - WL pull alot of mobs, AE stun, BH AE spoil, WL kill.

Schmusekatze: Spoil is ONLY affected of the level of the player who spoil the mobs, nothing else.

Go and try it befor say something else, get an low 20-30 spoiler and go hunt some mobs with an 60+ friend and you notice.
