How do i get the spell to heal myself on my elvan fighter?

Are you level 15? You can learn the spell Elemental Heal at level 15. When you have learned it, drag it from your skill window to your hotbar, and click on it.
You can make it heal for more using spiritshots or blessed spiritshots.

Don't forget that in order to learn spells and skills you usually need books. In the Elven village there is a bookseller in the training area or you can buy them in the Magic Shop. For Elemental Heal (which is the heal spell for Elven fighter types) you will need a book.
