Default Good 25+ hunting spot?

Hi!

So I've been leveling at the abandoned camp for the last 5 levels (20-25), but I think it may be time to move on to another spot. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good place to level at 25?

I know the map now has suggestions, but what I am hoping is someone has a better knowledge of what a good spot is for that level. For example, the abandoned camp is really good at 20+ because the mobs are so packed together you don't have to run a lot. Stuff like that.

Anyway, I would really appreciate any suggestions you guys may be able to provide. Thanks!

I like the new C5 areas...Crypts of Disgrace has a couple good quests in it.

If this is a first toon you might also want to head to Gludin and pick up the Black Lion Mercenary quest from Leopold.

You complete it in the Abandoned Camp (although at 25+ you're almost too big for it) and can then move to the second series in the Mercenary quest series by talking to the Mercenary Captain in Dion...she can give you spots to hunt till 40 more or less.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!

I did do the Black Lion Mercenary quest from Leopold, got my mark and everything. It's good to know there's a follow up quest. I will try some of the spots you guys mentioned, as well as the 2nd mercenary quest.

As for my class/gear... I am a Human Knight with Brigandine Set and SoR. Non enchanted either armor/wepaon.

Those are all good places. Many players like Cruma Swamps, and it has a nice progression of 25+ mobs. (It's not to my taste personally, but you might try it anyway.)
FYI, I did spend some time in the Crypts of Disgrace and nearby areas on one toon. It seemed like the drops were better than most places, possibly because these areas are very underused on my server (Seighardt).

Crypts of Disgrace outside Schutgart is a good place at that level. Talk to karuda (he's at the port in) for some good quests in the area. My dwarf is lvl 33 and is just starting to out grow the area.

Fotress of resistance is similar to abandoned camp. and there are various areas around dion. cruma tower, inside and outside. i think the lizardmen outside gludio or gludin are aoe if that what you like.

The black lion quest continues in gludio. You can do the one where you get shining red gems, it comes from the guard and person in the temple. You will kill spiders and lizardmen near gludio.

Orc barracks is actually not very easy at 25 for most toons. You'll have to be very careful there. I think the quest there is from Simeon who is near a farm not far from the entrace to OB. the aggro and social assist of those mobs can stack up quickly. Imo it's better to go there duo'd...but it CAN be solo'd.

AC is hard to beat at 25--even though you are getting tired of it. that quest goes up to lvl 29 or 30 from leopuld and pays reasonably well.

Obviously Necrop of Sacrifice south of Langk area is great if you want fast exp and seal stones (ancient adena)...again, solo at 25 you just have to go slow.

As another said, I'm not a cruma area fan. It works but I've just never appreciated it much.

Keep in mind, some of these areas work better for mages, some for melee, some for aoe. Half the fun of playing imo is finding your favorite areas.
Good luck!

The drops and XP in Orc Barracks are good. But. If an orc is about to die, they usually run off to get help. Thus, if you are not in a group, at level 25, and even a few levels beyond, you will spend a lot of time running from trains of Orcs. If you are soloing, you would probably enjoy Orc Barracks more at maybe level 30 or higher, when you can kill them faster and not have them running for help so often.
