Help keep a resource from being censored

Just under a year ago, WrathoftheJust Clan posted the thread C5 Quests by WrathoftheJust in the guides section.

Recently we were approached by Alyra and told that instead of having our guides stickied, that we could be added to the list of player guide comendium. After we agreed, we enjoyed 2 weeks of listing till we were considered, not "official" enough to be listed among Stratics, Vault and Warcry.

We provide most of the guides FOR vault (they have been very supportive of the players) have FAR more guides than Warcry and are Stractics' main competition when it comes to guides. Of course, we don't flash ads across your screen at our site.

So now our sticky is gone, the agreement NCS made with us when our thread was unsticked has been unceremoniously retracted (with no notification).

If you appreciate and/or use the WoJ guides, let NCS know that you want them prominently listed for you to use. The politics of revenue shouldn't deprive you the players from access to the WoJ guide resource.

We appreciate the people who actually write guides for Lineage II, and are dedicated to treating all equally, whether they be an individual or a fan site. As such, we have unstickied all player guides. Since it seems to be the source of some negative feelings, I will also remove the links at the top of the stickied post that link to specific sites. These changes were also put into effect as effort to make the player guides forum easier to navigate. Our main concern is making things easier and more enjoyable for the players.

Sites that provide extensive Quest Guides are, and will be listed under the "Quest Guides" section of the stickied thread. The Player Guides forum will remain as it is now.
