B Grade Overlord gear

I have decided to reroll to an overlord, because i have always wanted to, and because im retarted

I have a dark screamer w/focus and afull plate set right now for c grade...once im through c grade however, i was thinking about getting a bw heavy set and a kris with focus for grinding

any other suggestions?

Let me get this straight - you've probably read lots of posts from people who have played OLs in this 3 yr old game, and yet you're still re-rolling one, and you're asking for suggestions? Hmmmm, maybe consider counseling, as this indicates a deep-seated need to inflict misery and suffering on your own self.

not a bad idea, just dont show up for PvP in it and ur good to go...mage setup for grinding is just a bad idea unless u have an SE following u around. using heavy armor will save u tons of mp since u wont need soul cry or steal essence as much. Not having acumen on weapon and armor will hurt u casting tho (no surprises here) and the lower matk for the kris will hurt steal essence dmg/returns and debuff land rates (root, sleep) so your 8000 emergency survival buttons might not be as efficient or useful... maybe a +int -men tat could help that if its ever an issue

my best advice to u tho: find a friend who plays WL and pole to 7x...it may not look like much, but seal of winter can be extremely useful in pole groups and with VR, can sometimes eliminate the need for heals/pots completely...with the exception of GSAP ofc...but really, soloing an OL to 7x? gl.

well ive got a 59 se that i made with my sorc (subclass) and so far the leveling is mad easy, and when i have the heavy with dagger i use only soul cry and have her recharge me whenever i get low, and i can solo a room in the catas geting tons of xp.

as for the WL friend....yeah im trying to find a good clan to join (my current one is falling apart) and i cant really decide, so I guess i have to find one soon

Went kris w focus B grade, and a avadon robe set, worked great
kris focus and dc robe set in A grade, also worked great.
Just hunt green mobs at the right spots and you can use the extra mana and cast speed from robes very good.

You're actually better off in robes for almost any situation till a grade.

Dark screamer /w focus and divine robes, then bw robes and a kris.

In a grade you can stick with the bw robes (I had em till 76. . .) or switch to tallum heavy for exp. To be honest though, I dont think you will enjoy leveling solo after 6x. :s

You could easily stay in demon until a grade unless you need to melee.

Right now I am purely aoeing with my overlord

you cant add a +int to OL cause they are a buffer/healer class (bad at each) according to nc.

Not any tattoos, but you can for sure use the Demon robe set bonus =)

k every OL i talk to has a diff opinion...so ill just play it how it works for me, and i hear no tats...i hear wit tats.....i hear lots of things about tats
I dont wanna - con because its already lower than hell, and i dont wanna kill any of my mp regen by going -men

That is a good decision. Your gear really depends on your play style.

However AOEing is the most interesting

If I had to reroll my OL from 40 again, I would (again) go +4 wit - men, and (new) +5 str -5 con.

Just my opinion though.

-str + dex / -str + con / when you get to end game. I just have -str/+dex now. Removed the con one because it killed my solo leveling.
Wearing DC robes / Tal Heavy depending on how I am playing. 1 hand blunt or focus dagger as weapons.

I use DC Robes in A Grade
+4 WIT -4MEN
+2 DEX -2 CON
+2 DEX -2 STR
nerfing -4 CON / -4 STR is bad, because u loose either TOO MUCH PAtk or u cant carry enough with u.

I am fine with these tattoos. I have WC, but I think these tattoos will work on OL pretty well too.

In B grade I used BW Heavy and carried an AOBA. The stuns seemed to matter more in B - I don't stun much in A-grade. I had no tatts at all until I was higher into A grade and finally went robes.

Anyone use heavy Zubie? I'm preferring that since it has pdef and HP bonuses and no negatives to stats. Also is there a mage dagger in B grade that can add focus?

Thanks the don saw your hell knife answer and sounds like i should try Doom light maybe cuz i can't stand the look of BW light and at moment i just pve to try and catch up to clannies in lvl so all my PVP gear will wind up being when i hit A grade.
