So im a lvl 45 da almost 46 and i did a raid back when i was 42 recently i tried getting into another one but it always seems to be the hardest thing to find i go to dion where it seems that its the only places where people shout for raids i play on bartz by the way but is there maybe an easier way to find a RG??? as its easier like maybe better place to shout

given the low value of loot from bosses, and the sheer difficulty of a raid that DOESNT have high level buffer support, its not likely you will find a raid group outside of a clan-based one.

i suggest ask your clan to raid with you.

Raid bosses have been made hard to kill without high level OOP buffers. Also, the reward in exp or drops is hardly worth. So, players stopped doing them and prefer to use those high level buffers to powerlevel.

the easiest way is to join a clan that is doing RBs and has many ppl in your lvl range, otherwise it's prety hard to find a group because most of the people after lvl 40 hide in catas/necros. Why? because its not worth it

It's pretty simple. No one does raids after 44. It is not worth the effort until like level 70 when bosses drop divine spellboooks (lvl 61+ one), or clann skill things, or level crystals, or give rep points.

I used to orgazine lvl 44+ raids, but I gave up after getting less exp from the bosses than I got at lvl 20, and getting one freekin dye as a drop most of the time. Try one and you will see. All the bosses under 44 are relatively easy to do with the exception of a few, and most have great drops for those levels. That's why people shout in DIon all the time. You get like 50% exp from a raid, and like 40 eac's or something like that. They're worth it. Anything over is not...

I believe it was C4 or C5 that changed the raids to make them more clan-based by design.

The problem now, even on a server like Bartz where there seem to be more players, is that everyone has to invest maybe as much as 2 hours in arranging a "pick-up" raid group. Certainly more than 1 hour.

On my server there are some loose alliances of multiple clans that regularly do the lower raids--it's fun and gets us together on alt toons, but it isn't particularly rewarding to individual players anymore.
Even on a lvl 50'ish raid you're going to need 2 groups of 9 (perhaps more) and you'll get maybe 50k exp (I think I got 64k on one boss a couple weeks back).

In an hour and a half killing mobs giving you 2100 exp each--you'll make a LOT more exp hunting solo or in a small group than you will doing that raid.

If you are going to gather and coordinate the groups--do your homework, get people connected and ask them up front if they have an hour to commit while the group is organizing, and be prepared for the group to split and disintegrate. You'll probably need to dedicated 3-4 hours of your game time to organize a couple raids.

That's why all those bosses are standing.
