Warcryer Freezing Flame

I read that INT affects curse spell land rate and spell damage, does this include Freezing Flame? Does higher INT help with FF land rate, damage, or both? Or not at all?

Yes it does. The higher your INT, the bigger the landing chances. Too bad we can't change our INT modifier by dyes, only by armor. On a sidenote: after going up on levels, you will need to use sps more often to land it.
