Valley of Saints in the back until level 72, then move to Forest of the Dead and you can stay there until level 74.
You can solo these places. Solo in Lineage II is historically the same as killing mobs with your main while supporting yourself with a buffbot. The same kind of "soloing' exists in other games such as DAoC :P

Well if he means solo as in solo solo, FotD might be too hard, I didnt test VoS with the UD/bsps-mcrit changes yet but at 70 he should normally be ok there.
WITH buffbot Id recommend AbG or SV for a SH.

[ QUOTE ] define "solo" please >.< [/ QUOTE ] Allone [/ QUOTE ] Take the advice of the person above this post. VoS and FoTD can get really sketchy when you're truly solo. So many mobs nuke or use DoTs there. Also stay away from mobs that stun. Forest of the Dead you can probably get away with if you stay in the entrance field (across from the tents/quest mob) and not go too far in. I wouldn't do it at night time with no help, though. The mob density goes up twofold then, and agro ranges/social agro is bad...

That's the route that I took (am taking) with my nukers...
But VoS will steamroll you without at least some Elixirs and GHP and/or QHP because the MOBs inhereted the crit rate change that players got. They crit alot, and the nuker mobs in Valley of Saints buff themselves with Empower and Wild Magic. If you do "solo" there, stay away from any camp that has group mobs, cause they all nuke at the same time and are VERY dangerous. The Blade/Punishment of Splendor mobs warp to you also, and if they do use soulshots (I haven't logged in my sub since I've been getting my main to S Grade, but since I'm done I'll check tomorrow) they can probably 1 shot a high 6x player with skill. Forsaken Plains is a nice backup to Valley of Saints, if that is too difficult, though. It should be good until high 6x levels (I think at least 66 or so been a while since I've been there). FoTD is just annoying cause there is alot of Bleed and Poison there, but it's good until 77. At 77, some of the mobs at the Tablet camp will start to turn light blue. You can have impressive leveling times if you are able to secure that camp often, though. SE helps in FoTD because Purify can remove all the DoTs.

The mobs in Forsaken Pains would be dark blue to a 70+ player. Unless you're actually talking about Silent Valley.

I was thinking Mid to higher 60s. I would be in Forest of the Dead on an SH at 70+ levels.
I know a 66 SPS can 2 shot mobs there, so there is nothing stopping a 68+ SH from leveling there. Start at the entrance field, and move further back every two levels. There is a money quest you can get from there (mob by tents at Entrance/Port-In), though I'm not entirely sure anymore when you can actually start getting that quest. One of the biggest reasons I'd stay in VoS until 72 (on anything other than a Necro) is because the Quest there from the Mysterious Necromancer is so good, and can make you some good cash while leveling there (as a solo SH with no recharger, that is a huge boon since you'll never really have to buy A Grade MP Elixirs). On an SH you can use Death Spike all the way if you can afford it, and it will improve you grinding efficiency by alot. But the XP gain in FoTD over VoS is worth the extra MP by using Hurricane there (or you can mix it up depending on what you're nuking to balance it all out if you want). Post 66, though, there is little reason to stay there and use Death Spike, with the Seed revamp. 68-72 at the Entrance, then move further in and grind from 72-74. At 74 you can move to the Tablet camp and grind there from 74-77 if you wish - but there are other choices at those level ranges (Hot Springs, TOI, WoA, Shrine, Blazing Swamp, Isle of Prayer, Varka/Ketra, MoS, etc.). If you move to Isle of Prayer prior to 78 I would suggest you +1 your Hurricane so that it doesn't fail so much (moves the learn level up from 74 to 76), even if you don't plan to Enchant anything until 78/79. Your MP Bar will thank you.

I think that VOS is best for SH until 73. Even with no buffer you can on 72 easily exp on top spot. What I loved about VOS is that shs overhit is dark attack and VOS mobs are vulerable to it. Diferrent is in fod where vampires are resistent to dark attackes, however you can still succesfully overhit other mobs (specialy the ones that give bleed). Actually I on 73 lvl with 60 lvl SE backing me up I exp mostly on vampires spot (in day) and atrox spot (in night), couse I am able to overhit atrox and he gives more exp then vampires.

It's ok to overhit. U can make up the sp later on higher lvl mobs that give u more sp per kill. And u can overhit those mobs too. Who cares if your lvl 79 and don't have sp for slug, at least you are 79....

Mine hits for about about 3x my main nuke attack a tick. It ticks every second or so. It takes 3 seeds to cast it, but once casting the seeds can come off. The cast is very fast and influenced by cast speed, but after the cast a bubble appears for 1 second, then an animation goes on you, and 1-2 seconds after that, you start doing damage. Giving your enemy about 3-4 seconds to get out of the bubble after it pops up. Very possible if you are paying attention. It has a 30 minute (maybe 35? I forget) cooldown, that isn't changed by anything... except maybe songs, not sure if songs make it faster.

Seen end-game players with 5/5 get hit over 5k with Raging Waves. The SPS was exceptionally stacked, though, like Valakas and OE'd mace, etc. etc. in Arcana Robe Set.
