Why make a poll about this, I'm pretty sure everyone has received a +16 at least once by now, I've had three so far and haven't even played all that much.

prepare to stand corrected i've opened at least 30+ now and the highest i got was 1 +15
quite a few 10-14's and a crap load of 4-7

I opened 2 so far and both was AM. First one was +5 and the second one was +11.

correction: the event ended when people found out you only had to sit (even in town, surprisingly) and santa would come.

its happened on aria several times to people only sitting, not selling.

Yea, this event sucks so much with it's free 1hr buffs that stack on top of normal buffs, enhance your PvP and exp experience, and give you basically free extra exp with the 4hr OE'd weapons to use.

Even if you haven't seen santa. Just buy a freaking stocking. The farmers are selling them for 1mil and less on Bartz.

But no, I'm not 'getting' anything out of this event! I want my 500 EWD scrolls because then I am actually 'getting' an item I can whine/complain about.

and, SS of santa coming in town plz. :P

Not a personal attack Spud, it's just that honestly, even with its flaws it's one of the MUCH better events NCSoft has had recently. I would love it if they started doing more events like this, and less like the squash/mouse/pig hunts xP

I have gotten +10, +14 and +15 weapons thus far from the event.

I've earned some Santa gift sets and bought some. A dwarf had them on sale for 50,000 each (which may have been a typo), so I bought them all. It was one of those automated sell shops, so I wound up with about 40 stockings from that shop, plus several more from Santa himself. Not a full accounting but here are some of the weapons that I received:

+16 Drac Bow (twice)
+16 Soul Bow (twice)
+15 Soul Bow (3 times)
+16 Flaming Dragon Skull
+15 Flaming Dragon Skull
+16 Lacerator
+10 Lacerator (wish it was the prize item and not the event weapon)
+12 Soul Bow (3 times)
+9 Soul Separator
+15 DLE
+11 DLE
+14 Crystal Dagger (randomly picked a weapon to see if I could get the prize)
+14 Dama Dama
+14 Soul Bow (3 times)
+11 BOMT
+4 through +9 Soul Bow (too many times)


As for the event itself, on some levels it's a non-event...but I'm loving it!!! It's the stackable max buffs combined with the chance to hunt for a few hours with a +16 weapon. In some ways, it's almost like an XP event, because you're levelling faster. I went from 73 to 75 in the blink of an eye. Yeah Palaika helped, too, but you get the drift.

The only thing that would make it PERFECT would be if Santa also gave you a level or two of Vitality when he visited you. This event is bad for anyone who hates seeing 0% Vitality.
