Anyone know exactly what it does, and how good it is?

I don't want to spend 80 million SP if it's going to give me 100 Matk....

Does it stack with empower? Is it a significant boost in damage? Is it toggle or cast? If cast, how long does it last? If toggle, does it have a cost per time?

I believe tt's a toggle that boosts the power of your attacks while making it cost more mp per cast. It's like forcibly trying to throw off spells hence the "screamer".

it's like... Arcana power...without the hp drain

I'd rather get vortex crusher first

Any info on how much of a boost it is?

Any Storm Screamers have the skill and want to weigh in here?

Empowering Echo is a 2min self buff (if i remember correct) basically you hit it and you can only buff yourself. not a toggle, anyway from what i've been told it gives the same matt bonus of arcane power but don't come looking for me if i'm wrong. I just know its not a toggle basically a 2nd arcane power...as for stacking with emp i believe it does but once again I don't really remember, read it on some site forgot the link. sorry im basically a useless post lol.

Its a 20min selfbuff, does stack with emp and increases your matk significantly, your mp cost too tho (around the same as the arc power toggle). Everything else than a waste of SP

Yup, it makes your nukes hurt people. A lot. Definitely buy-worthy.

OMG guys what is this "Empowering echo" ? Its an item ? if it do everythink you said can i buy it from somewhere? is any restiction to level ? im 76 atm. Can i use it ? and finaly. It is Consumed? or i have it forever and i press it every 20 mins for example?
