Kaspersky with Gracia Final update!!

I don't know how many of u guys use kaspersky internet security but im having a major issue. Everytime i try and log in i get a message at the bottom saying "There is a system error. please try logging in later." ive talked 2 nc soft for 2 days now trying to figure out the problem they told me 2 delete kaspersky from my computer and try a re install im sorry but im not deleting it because i payed for it and im curious if anyone else with kaspersky is having this problem? this should be fixed asap because its not cool for paying customer to have big issues with virus protection
