First time Leveling and archer. Leveling spots needed!

So i am 52 where should i grind at to get some ranged attack weakness monsters. Stractics failed to answer my question, i do know about blazing swamp when i get there.

Basicly my question is what spots can get me from 52-61 as a hawkeye with a +4 Top B bow, thanks

sell the bow and buy a kris. Hunt in FP till 61, then get a carn bow

There arent many bow weak mobs in game.

You could try the area next to blazing, I forgot the name, but there are unholy mobs there.

Perhaps ok, and if so not FP. Whist the XP per mob is high, the distance between them is far. So there is too much down time between mobs.

Whilst not many bow weak mobs there are some that are dagger weak, including some that are supposed to have dagger resistance but are still dagger weak.

Use your dash skill to round up mobs and go to Pavel Ruins for the late 40s to early 50s, and if you still want to use a dagger try the bears in FL. If you also use your dash skill, to round up mobs then your dagger should never leave a mob and no down time.

For my SR, I was told by everyone to forget using my bow until I hit A grade, to use a dagger until then.

But if you wish to feel archer play style (or to start to play as archer) you should stay with bow and go to these places:
- outlaw forest: good exp, mobs drops herbs, doctors gives very good exp
- enchanted valley: stick on elders. But you may encounter mp problems there.
- forsaken plains
- even forest of mirrors are not bad place

As archer you may exp a little faster than melee, because you save 900 run range for each (most) mob.

for lvl 52+: field of massacre... many mobs and fast respawn, + inf ore, coin and red gem quest, drops also b-grade stuff

though kris is a good option, I whent to Frozen labyrint and killed mobs there with a BoP. specially the cluster mobs of tigers and the floating eye.

When I look at my old screenshots I hunted there between level 52 to 58

The cluster mobs have 1/2 HP but if I am not mistaken they give xp like a 1xHP mob.

+1 for Frozen Lab, awesome quest plus you can even aoe the panthera there if you are brave enough

hunt Forsaken plains the pit area. if your a HE use a bow if not use a dagger.

Yes, Frozen Labyrinth, and especially the spot with watchers (they stay at shooting distance so it's better for damage + herbs) and panthera with its babies because the panthera are aggro so there's no bot there.

lvled my archer all the way with a bow without a problem.
never used a dagger

lvl 40sh around Ivory Tower
lvl 50sh Ol Mahums / Fields of Massacre
lvl 60sh upper Fields of Massacre than switched to Blazing Swamp

for lvl 52 to 60. I call it the bowl LOL.

basically port to blazing swamp port. Run towards Deciples Necropolis before you go around the hill to the left to go to Dec Necro look to your right. Run up the hill to the right and look for a big pitt. Kill grave liths, doom scouts and wreched Archers.

It drops pots so mana isn't much of an issue. Prophet buffs preferred. Holy Weapon is a plus.

Dagger may work for C-grade but your Bow of Peril is fine and good for B-grade.

Stick with FP, particularly focusing on the Shamans until A-grade, maybe even up to 63 or so. You can use a debuff to get the Shamans to spawn if you don't want to waste an arrow/shot.

Once FP is no longer good (and yes, the bowl area is very nice but so is the area up toward Bayou Fortress) switch to Valley of Saints. Try to avoid the 3-mob nuker groups. While the porting mobs that split in two are annoying because of high evasion, they are good XP and as a HE you can use your Hawkeye skill for more Accuracy.

VoS can get very nasty very fast, so it's good to bring a healer along. They will be grateful. VoS can take you up to 70 -- shift to the harder areas as needed. There are some choke points around bridges you can exploit as an archer to help keep the mob location spawn in check.

When VoS is no longer rewarding - I used FotD to S-grade. Also an unforgiving area and good to have a healer - you will need someone to help deal with bleed and poison there.

Im a hawkeye 70lvl(soon ^^) and I used common weapons all the way.(dagger till 52,peril bow 52-61,soul bow 61-right now) and they never cost more than 5 million adena.

What I did : 52-58 I hunted below devastated castle(teleport from aden) and killed wretched archers and some ghosts.

58-61 at Valley of Saints(from rune) but I do not suggest that.(I had a hard time there because they use powerful magic and I lacked M.def)
So after 58 you can start forest of the dead. There is a spot with 61 lvl mobs,a spot with 65 lvl(my favourite :P),one with 68,70,and 73-75(vampires)

Till 73 you will do fine in forest of the dead

You may find in trying different ways and/or ways suggested a way that suits you or completely different.

Whilst many areas are suggested, many are not.

Spend a little time at the commencement of a range of xp to change your area of xp and adjust your style.

You may supprise yourself and find an area that works just fine contradictory to all you may read here.

Extra tip to OP.
What I do to do this is I look on the map with hunting areas around my level and higher.
Spend 20 min on each area and see how much % you got. with that you will see what area is the best. Simple but over looked way.
