Off-line shops ?

Could be a solution for the need of keep pc on during the night to sell some stuff.... make that after the setup of the shop (buy-sell-craft), you can turn off your pc and the shop remains in-game until you log again ?

yeah i like not being diconnected frequently after putting up a shop..

i like to not be using 300+ watts of power unnecessarily for a bloody video game.

Id like ncsoft to grow a brain and implement this as it's been screamed for since l2 came to be.

Bad enough that ncsoft implemented the same feature in aion, and then they had to nuke the afk shops due to server loads.

Yes they can do but they don�t want.

1. They can make an option in game: shop off line or something like that.
2. They can make a SHOP NPC (one for entire server or one in every city) that starts shop for you as soon as you log off.

I am so sure that if they do that the market will be flooded with all the items you have never seen before items that most ppl consider them useless but there may be players that need those.

this would be great but it needs some limit to it, or else everyone will set up a shop and giran and all other towns will be filled with shops.

for example

1. when you login into an acc with offline shop, it gets cancelled, so only one shop per acc and you can't exp and have a shop at the same time on one account.

2. after certain time, say 6 hours, offline shop shuts down automatically

3. each hour of offline shop consumes a special item from the inventory. if there are none, it shuts down.

the items should either cost a considerable amount of adena or should be purchased via account services for real money.

I don't think there should be a time limit for the offline shops, we need more shops in game, the market is so dead .. when i started playing 7-8 months ago Giran was full of shops, now you can bearly find anything and not much to choose from (same stuff in the market everyday), not to mention it takes a lot to sell anything.

And can you explain the brilliant reasons you have for this suggestions ?

No 1: actually is like that, i dont get it

No 2: why time limit ?

No 3: why a privilige ? dude you are more a NC smart guy that a customer... real money for it ? omg /killhim

I have to agree with Ito. We want this for our benefit in the end

So there shouldn't be any time limit or "items" needed, but easy acces for everyone.

you will have mail system to be able sell/buy off line ..; you just have to inform on a way you have something to sell or buy

result : you can sleep quite and just log to see the beautiful winged letter come to you with tons of money OR clic on accept to get your items in your backpack ...

Yes it only works in peace zones ... so it's like fright but with less slots and a pair of nice animated wings.
Selling through mail wont work that good imo. You can send mail with the same item to 100 ppl? I guess no. (or you can? and the first to open it and paying the amount of money you ask gets it?) So to who I send it to? Confused. And I should spam people with parts and cbp? ^^

I like this idea. I've always liked this idea. I think it would allow more people to participate in buying and selling and basically--more is good.

+1 (for the 100th time)

ps....and thank you for not claiming this is "important to combat global warming". It's value as an idea is to the game and the gaming community imo. That's all that needs to be said as far as I'm concerned. We're still not going to GET it--but it's a fine idea
