Pursuit of Clan Ambition!

This quest is terribly stupid. So you get the recipe from Balthazar, Recipe - Spiteful Soul Energy, and...? You're are suppose to kill the "Spiteful Soul Leader," and all you get is Spiteful Soul Vengeance, which is useless w/o the recipe. You can't trade the recipe, you can't put it in your wh or clan wh. You can't mail it. So you have a useless recipe unless you are a warsmith clan leader. How are you suppose to increase your clan with a worthless quest like this? NCsoft obviously doesn't care, seeing as how it has been a problem they seem to avoid fixing. PS, even for my soultaker, it gets really annoying trying to kill those things. I don't exactly have an SE helping me, mp gets drained pretty dang fast.

I know there has been a thread about this previously but it offered no real advice.

I believe that even if you are a warsmith clan leader the recipe doesn't work, you can't register it. In theory the quest works even if there are no WS around, the mobs do drop the complete spitefull soul whatevertheyarecalled items you need, but IMO, petition it.

it's bugged, petition GM till you get the item you need.

and if one GM says no, just keep petitioning till you get one that helps !

Making a new thread about the same thing is still bad. Why not ask for help in an already established thread?

Try destroying the spiteful soul vengeance and killing the leader last, the first one i got after doing that was energy not vengeance. It's dumb, the game doesn't even alert you when you get the vengeance and they should fix that, and you have a total of 10 between the 2 you can't get any more of either, which they should also fix. Good luck and hope it works for you like it did for me

somenthing wrong with ur brain, the recipe is not for dwarf is a common recipe.

everyone can register that recipe, i did it with my alts clan.
