Default pk/pvp drop

i have read some links from other sites (and i think some here too) i have asked in game but every single person says different info
so to lose item in death u need to be in karma and have more than 5 pk is what most agree
so i ask
not matter my stats if i dont have karma i dont drop right?
i assume all the items with <<no drop>> arent droppable even if u are i chaotic
what is finally the exact max number of safe pks i may have
some times pvp gives me fame points....but not all why?

- "However, a chaotic character with a PK count of five or less will not drop items upon death." Taken from http://www.lineage2.com/Knowledge/cp.html.

99% sure its 5 pks when you get the 6th pk you will be able to drop items in chaotic state.
If you dont have karma you will not drop items, even with 6 pks.
You can remove pks with the Sin Eater quest or with fame at the reputation manager.
I believe all items with no drop cannot be dropped, same goes for agumented items. Not 100% sure though, but otherwise you could pass on your awesome agument to another.
I believe PVP gives you fame only during Territory wars when in combat field.

chaotic char with pk count 1-5 will not drop items upon death. once u pass beyond 5 on to 6 and more you risk dropping items if you die WHILE in a chaotic state.

now say like you have 23 pks but your not red (chaotic) upon any death you do not risk dropping.

you can if u have fame for like 5k fame delete ONE pk

you can also do the sin eater quest which can remove one or more pks upon completion. this quest can be done at any time once you have 1 pk. and you dont have to be chaotic to start it.

now PVP items through fame and Augmented gear like jewelery and weapons CAN NOT be dropped even when your over 5 pks and die while chaotic.

so i suggest when you get to 4pks that you do the quest.

Now about the quest once you do it the first time you'll have a manical which you should keep even after you complete the quest. you can at a later date use the item to redo the quest and only do the later parts of it, to erase anymore pks from your characters soul.

now being an evil man such as i am i suggest you always join dawn/dusk and when red washing in a safe place like the dimension rift.

always know your locations and other port points.

Look for the high ground and get a good viewing advantage of attackers hunting you while your chaotic.

learn to run to lvling areas where u can wash but a route not normally taken. cause sometimes i had to pk someone in gludin and ran half way across the land to a catacomb to wash.

DO NOT STAND STILL! if your enemies know where u are... its best to be somewhere else untill you wash.

IS THERE ANYWHERE YOU CAN BE SAFE OTHER THAN RIFT!??!?!!
Answer is YES

floran village you can enter and be in a safe zone and can access your wh to dump your items and wait for a friend to help you wash.

say you encounter someone while running and panic. even if you are a bad man like me this trick usualy works... say you were killing bots... most all players will even buff you and run coverage to help you wash reguardless if its the truth or not. just be sure you take note of the clan name and ally of the person you killed... if not you could pull that line on thier ally and end up eating a sword for your trouble.

and yet again the usual tactic LOG OUT! log in with alt and find help. or roam the land and make sure any one whos tracking you is no where near before you proceed

also to answer your question about fame
fame is given during sieges and territory war but only on war grounds i.e. castle grounds or fort grounds
