The NC FTP server is down. I was hoping to get the Fan Site kit from there.

It was up a few days ago..

Hmmm the download starts just fine for me, but then, I'm on the network. Can more people confirm that they can't download the fansite kit? If so, please include any error messages.

I can´t download the Fansite kit, and any data from ncsoft FTP too. (Movies for example)

There's a firewall blocking it the FTP outside of the NC domain by the look of it, or it's been locked down to NC IP's only.

Download for Fansite kit is working, for movies still not.

Hi everybody, sorry for the links being broken for some of you over the weekend. According to the tech department here, it could be some lingering issues from when the links didn't work at all.

Please try:
On your Windows toolbar, go to Start > Run
Type in "ipconfig" and press Enter
Type in "/flushdns" and press Enter
When the DNS flushing is done, try to download the Fansite Kit and/or movies again.

If the downloads still do not work, I'm afraid it is an individual ISP or traceroute issue, and it is recommended that you contact tech support to investigate the issue further.
