Account Reactivation Prevents PTS login for 48 hours

Seems like my luck is always the worst when I am about to enjoy myself.

I logged into PTS, made my character, took a short break and couldn't log back in because my game time had expired. As it happened I had some Time Cards on hand so I applied them to my account and tried again... no luck.

I check the Live server and my account was instantly reactivated... I am able to play on the live server just fine. But the PTS still will not allow me to log in because my "Game Time has expired"...

Big issue if the PTS isn't validating against the same account file as the live one....

It does, just not as regularly.

Wait 24-48 hours.

There is already other threads about this too.

Try search next time.

try again tomorow .. will work fine.
pts was always like that ..
if you buy a serial now only able to play tomorrow in the PTS.

I kind of had the opposite thing happen. My account expired in the evening, but I was still able to log into the PTS without issue. Even after I reactivated my main account, there was no point when I was locked out of the PTS. I might just get locked out tomorrow, who knows ;-)

Hopefully you'll be able to log in soon.

Don't you hate it when that happens? The wife has a headache or it's THAT time of the month. The car breaks down. It starts to rain on your parade . . . that's how come I bought a new car, got a girlfriend and keep my L2 subscription up to date!

Do you have to wait 24-48 hours to log in if you just change your game loging password?

Just wondering since I get "The password you have entered is incorrect. Confirm your account information and log in again later" message when I try to log into Freya PTS. Just loged in to the live client and works fine.
