New Play Cant connect

Hi all, i have problem for start play lineage 2. I make download gracia epilogue last version with 4.84 size. Start lineage2.exe and update all check files etc. Create acc ncsoft website , make trial account, and make account lineage 2 game. But when i try connect say my password is wrong. I change password a lot and no sucess connect =/. Someone can help please?

Have you gone into the main account and then into the game account and set the password, or did you just change the password on the main account?

I try all actions , i have 1 friend play on retail. And he sucess log my account, but I cant log... I try all time and i receive only password incorret check or game account. I reinstall l2 epilogue 3x , update 3x. And nothing =/ still password incorret.
