You need arround 2140 Noble stones for the whole set, and no, this is no joke. The stone rate is.

-Vesper Noble Leather Helmet = 430

Well, in High Five there will be additional ways to get Vesper Noble Enhance Stones. You will be able to spoil them in the upgraded Dragon Valley:

Apart from that you will be able to buy them for 2000 Olympiad Tokens per Stone. Sickhippy has calculated that it will take the average player only 9.6 years to get the Enhance Stones for one Vesper Breastplate in this way:

They really should change the amount of noble stones it takes to make a Vesper set noble. First, it is pretty ridiculous that all the other armor sets which allow the use of a cape do not need to have anything special done to enable the cape slot, it just works. So I do not understand why they put this into the game for Vesper sets anyway. Also, all it does is enable the cape and change the textures of the armor pieces, it does not change the set bonus in any way. So it is more or less (apart from the pdef / dark resist the cape gives) just a cosmetic change, just something "nice to have", like a turtle hat. Yes, it should not be super easy to get, so that people who have it can actually brag about it "look, I actually managed to get all those noble stones and now my armor looks different", and everybody else goes "oooooooh ". But these numbers are just crazy, it takes too long for what it is.

But generally speaking I see it coming that the number of Vesper Noble Enhance Stones necessary to convert a piece of armor will be reduced. Remember, in Gracia Final the amount of material necessary to craft Dynasty and Icarus was greatly reduced, in High Five the price for buying Enchantment Scrolls with Cubic Pieces will be cut in half ...

You need to spoil the scouts...

Noble Stones also drop from Gem Dragons at a 1/2 way decent rate but,
you need to be 85 with iss buffs to solo them.

Leeches in DV also drop them, but at a ridiculously low rate.
