Vesper Gaiter Recipe Spoil in Dragon Valley

So I looked at the Korean power wiki to find out which mobs spoil/drop the Vesper Gaiter Recipe. The Korean site states the following mobs spoil the recipe in Dragon Valley:

Drakos Hunter:
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Breastplate (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Vesper Gaiters (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Vesper Helmet (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Vesper Breastplate (60%)
Asofe
Ohricalcum
Icarus Hand piece


Flying Drake: (the special mob witha green title)
Icarus Trident
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Tunic (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Vesper Gaiters (60%)
Recipe - Vesper Helmet (60%)
Recipe - Vesper Breastplate (60%)
Noble Stones
Sealed Cloak of the Spirit
Icarus Hammer pieces



However, I spent 3 hours spoiling/killing these mobs, and i was getting a few of the listed spoils above, but also obtained a number of things not listed in those loot tables such as Leonard, Sealed Vesper Boot Recipe, Sealed Vesper Sigil Recipe, as wella s a few other things.

I never once in the entire 3 hours got a single Vesper Gaiter Recipe spoil.

My question is, is the Vesper Gaiter Rec in those mob's loot table, and if it isn't, which mob's loot table is it in on our servers?

GM Tornado was very helpful and told me to come to the forums with his automated response, so hear I am.

Has anyone gotten one of thse to spoil outside of SoA or MOS?

I just checked the Toushijing database, which is still at High Five Part 3 (Taiwan will only update to Part 4 on March 16), and they have the same spoil monsters as the NCKorea Powerbook Wikipedia:

That means it can't have anything to do with the Miasma mini-update which Korea had in the meantime. The NCWest QA people should take into consideration that this might be a bug specific to the English language version.

Does this wiki have any source ? Numbers are very categorized, always the same
