I am a returning player that left in C3. Now im back with a reroll lowbie character and clan to go with it.

I am aiming this towards you who is starting from scratch, new or returning player, and wants to build something from the ground up!

it's great to have a clan which is built from the ground up.
you develop great friendships, and work together to solve common problems.

one of the drawbacks to this type of clan is you need to find higher level support elsewhere, as nobody will be high enough to get a lot of things done.
i mean like raiding, making adena, and buffing the good buffs.

another draw back is when some reach higher grades, there might come a time when they wish to expand their horizons and jump ship to join a higher level clan...

i hope none of these become an issue, and your new clan prospers like in the ways of old.

Of course, higher level characters are welcome too, anyone is welcome! But since im low level and the clan is level 0 i don't think higheer level characters will get much out of it.

But with anyone else starting new i think it could be alot of fun

have you ever made a clan before?
the sp costs at low level are pretty harsh.
there is a cost in leveling a clan, some number of millions of adena.

some levels require quests.
level 4 is a tough one, you will need at least A grade characters for help with it, level 5 is also a quest, but i don't think it is as hard.

level 3 i think requires a blood mark, which you can get from hunting bloody queens north east of hardin's academy.

Never had a clan in L2 no. And yeah its pretty expensive, but i plan on levelling my character first.

What i want to do basically is to find people to group and level with, so why not do it in a new clan?

oh no, i think you have a great idea.
i was just wondering, because i recall the cost coming up in the past when creating a new clan. i remember one clan i had joined was taking donations.
they were building the clan together.
although the SP sadly i think comes only from the leader

The SP Problem can be dodged easily.

Go create a 2nd or even 3rd toon and change the leadership to this toon.
Then spend the SP of the alt to raise the clan lvl and change back to the original toon

OR

Invest some time and do the Quest in Gludio (guard Praga) to get the 43k SP Reward. You can do it as often as you want.
Mobs are lvl 25 around, so shouldnt be hard.
-Gather a party let the leader accept the quest,
-let some of the ppl be the runners
-meet at a fix point and aoe nuke/pole them down.
-Repeat as often as needed

(Edit: a lvl 30 Nuker can like 2 shot the whole trains via his aoe skill using a common Staff of Life)

I think it would be pretty sweet to start out on the new server when it opens up, having everyone start from scratch, I'd definately be up for giving it a shot if the clan and others are, we'll just see how it goes.

I just had a peak and it looks like Ziera was having some data corruption problems so I think he may be re-downloading, I don't know for sure so don't quote me on that just checked out his recent posts and the data corruption one was made today.
