1rst the servers crush
2nd most of the time not albe to login
3rd wrote 3 tickets and the upshot was that i need to contact NC via webform ..

Then i�ve been at the supportpage and theres no Lineage2 option anymore.

4th NPC Lags of 5-30 seconds? ... won�t comment it
5th 25.000 ppl watching the forum and 2 Mods that can�t handle the mass on qustions and topics?
6th 1 Questmob and ppl need to line up?

and so on.. that�s a neverending story ..

I won�t say that WOW is the better game but I need to admit that Blizzard knows what to do and how to solve problems. AND they got an insane good Support. (Well maybe the support appears that good in comparison to NC cauz NCs support is even worse than anything else -.-)

No issues here...........

1st server crash's happen deal with it

2nd login issue is bc the server is full....deal with it all MMO have this issue some has Ques some dont

3rd Have no clue what you are talking about. Unless you talking about you make a petition via in game and they told you to submit a ticket to NcSupport for the issue.

4th Now you QQ over the forum issue deal with it also since this WoW you speak of Blizzard doesnt answer every single quest/thread nor does most MMO company's maybe you should get out of la la land. Sorry but its also up to the player base for answers to no just the Company's

5th it happens, again in some MMO's this is a issue. When GoD was released they didnt have issues with over crowded areas. Since NA went F2P this is when the issue happened, yes its the devs fault for not thinking about this but oh well. Just be happy people are lining up and playing nice and not being jerks and ksing you. Also come backa nd do the quest mob later unles its for like a class change

WoW, was just as bad back in the day. Servers full and crashing all the time. Limited support options and unfriendly forums. They simply didn't have the funding back then to hire enough support staff. The same goes for Lineage 2. Sure NCsoft as a whole is huge but the project Lineage 2 has a set budget. Expect it to get better with time.

Most of these problems became real problems when the game went free to play. If you didn't support the game when it wasn't.. deal with it.

WoW = Pay to play. Of course it's going to have more attention from the staff.

L2 = Free to play now. In other words, get use to the service.

Go back to WoW. It's really a terribly mundane game but if it shuts ya up. Toodles~

+1 people have been supporting the game with money for 7 + years with multiple accounts. Now you get to play this great game for free, deal with it.

Good logic here. People think service is allowed to suck if the game is free to play. Plenty of successful F2P games with good service.

NCSoft just didn't plan ahead for so many people. Server queuing is a standard feature in any MMO that I've played; time for NCSoft to get out of the past. It is no longer 2004 and they should adapt to the competition.

No GM events like other F2P or in-game GM presence period. The Dark Elf wolf quest is a huge bug and no NCSoft employee is giving an update. Kind of an unorganized company that should've done more planning for f2p changes and done more testing.

To people complaining that F2Pers aren't allowed to complain: If the game didn't go F2P it would've died and you would have to play something else. F2P MMOs bring in more money than P2P, which is why so many P2P MMO are switching over.

L2 didnt gave us the option of premium accounts,instead of it we remained with X1 rates and have to buy xp scrolls with coins to boost somehow our xp.GOD was designed to work with X2 rates,all said that it is quick now to xp,but in our x1 rates servers,after 86 lvl, lvling slows down more and more.

So game is not free to us(the awakened toons),we just pay Ncwest with a different way and we even may pay more now.Therefor,we demand for a good service.
