In-game Petition Service Hours of Operation
With the successful launch of Goddess of Destruction there has been a massive increase in support tickets for various issues, so massive that players have had to experience a much longer than normal wait time for a response to their ticket. For this we sincerely apologize. To help the support team get responses out to all tickets currently backlogged, the in-game petition client will temporarily be available only between the hours of 18:00 and midnight (server time) each day, beginning on December 21, 2011.
At all times, players can still contact customer support through the website. As soon we’re caught up with the tickets we will re-open the in-game petition client service to all hours. You dont place more gm to solve tickets, limit the number of tickets can be open, and redirect the rest to the page, but the page isnt allowing me to open a ticket. Not at less i want to open one for guild wars.
