Default OR - Harmony hot-fix

Shadow Hide - Removed speed penalty
Final ultimate evasion - added 20% magic resistance, 60 M.Evasion, increased P.Skill evasion rate from 40 to 60%
Angel of Death - increased skill evasion from 40/45 to 75/80 (lv1/lv2)
Reverse - Removed lethal effect, decreased cooldown from 300s to 5s
Shadow chase - reduced cooldown from 15s to 7s
Superior light armor mastery - speed/skill crits change according to user's DEX (I guess this is in addition to STR?)
Heartbreaker - Additional physical evasion effect or somesuch? Not sure, the description of the skill itself doesn't say anything besides the +40 speed...

Chain blow - removed the requirement for the target to be bleeding
Maximum critical - added +blow land rate (I guess same as critical rate increases?)
Assassin's Reflex (I think it's this skill - the trigger from sup. la. mastery , google translates it to something sounding like force of assassination) - removed the +blow land rate effect
Poison zone - increased land rate
Poisone zone poison - added pdef/m.def decrease
Scorpion poison - lv3 and 4 also slow enemy affected by it

No idea when we will have this on our servers...

you need to make a more accurate translation dude..the meaning of most sentences is lost...but still from what i managed to understand,these fixes seems cool,but still they need to nerf harp melody buff

HOLY SH!#@$%#$ someone has to find immidiately when this will happen..omg at least...ppl realized what they ve done to daggers...and this power up shows the nerf that has been occured at rogues...

men this say that was a fix in harmony, why we dont get this fix in our harmony update? xD

Simply because Harmony just came live and its an " maintenance up date "

I mean that its not a fix that came when Harmony came live,but during a maintenance.

The main raison that we don't have it yet is that harmony is new on US server and NCsoft are surly working on this patch ( trade + code + test ) before put it here.

We should have it before Tauti up date atleast

Seem that the dagger fix haven't be added but will surly in 1 or 2 maintenance.

The "ninja" patch of last maintenance was only the start.

Just remember how it work : NCsoft korean send the patch to NCsoft west with the explanation about how it is supose to be, the programmers work on the patch and when ready,the patch is on the next maintenance if all is ok.

Even if we ask ask ask for the patch with these fix,all depends of the speed that the programmers work,and when they got the patch from NCsoft korean.

some was added today. only ones i didn't see was light armor mastery and any stab changes.
shadows dash was changed. feoh (Kameal) was changed and aeore i believe was changed.
