Wynn summoner

ok so,i decided to go wynn summoner instead of ISS enchanter and apparently ive heard your pre awakening class matters now cuz of the skills you can get or whatever

so pretty much,whats the best pre awakening class for a pvp Wynn summoner,dyes,etc included would be nice

i dont know,i figured using the word best was good enough.didnt think people would have a hard time figuring out what i meant by that

i was lookin up info on another awakening class and asked somethin i guess it seems like it does actually matter what class you pick pre awakening.like if i picked a spectral master pre awakening it would be different then if i picked a arcana lord or somethin,i havent really played much of the pre awakening wynn summoner classes so i was just wonderin which one was the best to pick

they seemed pretty fun from videos ive watched though and ive heard there a good class to roll if i wanted a fun,easy class to just log in whenever i get bored and gank people in world pvp with

Well, in fact It will depend of how you wanna play. There are no beast build or something beating them all beside the Kamael Summoner with the Final Form transformation

I don't know why people are looking for 'best' setups; if you want to play wynn, you need to find out about your skills, how to coordinate them, how to make the most out of them. Just pick a race what fits you most, and go from there... I do believe everyone has a character in game what they can play best. Ofc you can learn everything, but to do it properly, you just need to lvl it without pwrlvl so you know exactly what to do in different situations. You'll figure it out

Its easy, go Elf or Dark elf.

Ppl may tell "all are the same", but in fact, Disparition is an awsome skill, and it makes Dark Elfs usualy superior to other races. Also Dark elf has the best INT and STR, and since Reuse of skill is not based on Casting speed, and all summoners marks are instant casting, low WIT wont be a problem.

For Wynn summoner an Elf is good too. Since the summoners are slowpokes, elfs runs faster, and Prevision is a 15seconds UE for you and your summons.

Dont worth keeping any skills from your pre awakening class.
maybe Smart Cubic if you want.

I have a lv89 dark elf summoner. My only complain is about the run speed, but I wouldt trade my Disparition for run speed.

hmm what about dyes and armor set up,etc then

cuz i think im gonna go dark elf.all i plan on doing is pvping so pretty much a pvp set up

what do you mean by many set ups.like if i wanted to know a certain dye set up,armor,etc what would i look at to determin that then.i dont know,i never played summoners much back in the day i played Lineage 2

Summoners use 1h mage, 2h mage, bow, shield, sigil, light, heavy, robe. Con, Wit ,Int dyes.

It's up to you to choose from all these and make your own. Get rdy to cash in a lot of money, every summoner has around at least 2 sets and 2 weapons. And if you're looking to put dyes, well you'll probably be broke if you only want to pvp instead of actually earning money...

meh i dont know.i was mainly just lookin for a fun,easy class i can just log in every now and then and trash people in world pvp.dont plan on doin oly or sieges or anything like that.ive heard summoners were a pretty good class for that

but in terms of the subject.1h mage,shield and robes i guess.i guess if id really go broke though with all that and dyes,then i guess i could just run without them if it isnt serious business to not use dyes

Dyes aren't a must which saves a lot of adena and trouble.

And yes, summoners can catch people off-guard and hold an advantage on surprise attacks since Marks hurt a lot.

yeah i was lookin at the marks yesterday and it looked pretty nice

in terms of pvp summons though.does it really matter,like is there "the best combo"of summons you use in like world pvp or do you just pick whatever

i couldnt really find any of the skills the summons get.cuz i thought back when i played that the actual summons themselves had skills

Unless you have a stone of destiny to make a superior (and usually not a summoner race) race into a Summoner (like Kamael), then Dark Elf is the best race. They scale the best. With equivalent gear a Dark Elf is better than a Light Elf or human. They have the highest P/M.Atk and a P/M.Crit Dmg advantage + Disparition. They will always have stronger servitors than the other two races when gear is equivalent.

It's just the way things are now that all races have literally the same skills and servitors.

If my summoner was my main char, and I would use it to PvP, i'd go on mage setup. Robe + Retributer + reapers. Full INT setup.

Why you would go for INT? Is useless, Wynn are not nukes, reapers also dont need M. Atk. Their basic attack is based on STR and not INT.

Their skills are based on INT and Wynn Summoners do have nukes. Mark of Fire, Invoke, and Mark Retriever. You use those all the time, don't you?

Marks have cd and are more to debuff than hit.

STR is useless for reaper, nobody uses their main atk for actual dmg in PVP or PVE high lvl. Pet reaper p.dmg is nerfed as hell against players and doesnt work that eficiently.

And marks are mainly for DMG at higher lvls.
