I have a 82 nuker and a 80 fortune seeker neither can do the noble quest what do I need to do? Do they have to be 85 to subclass or what?

First: to take the noblesse quest you need a lv 75 subclass first.

The subclass can be obtained from a quest taken at 75 (minimum level) from Reorin, Fate's Whisper, and then Ladd, Mimir's Elixir. Then you proceed adding a subclass from Raina in Talking Island.

Why not? It's not like there are ONLY dumb questions. Where do I find the npc reorin for the quest fates wisper and the npc lads for the quest mimirs elizar?

Sel Mahum for Reorin, Ivory Tower for Ladd.

You could have checked directly on the map, they haven't changed locations...

I got my way through the subclass quests today on an alt that was lvl 83. I made a guide afterwards (wish I thought of this idea before hand to take notes and pictures) but oh well. I did my best to explain it and where to find npcs and mobs that have moved.

OK I found the NEW Noblesse Test quest at Goddart.. Can some one help me out with info where you have to feel empty bottle with hot spring water ?

I get that bottle go to HOT SPRINGS there was something like pond or something like that, i press twice on bottle - feel it with that water then at quest items its shows 1 of 1 so its dome I guess.. Next I go back to hiden place at Goddart to the NPC and she ask me to feel that bottle and be carefully.. Cant finish that quest step because its not saying where to go and to do when you get that water :/ Any help ?

That quest has been deleted, the new one is taken from Priest Cerenas in the Goddard Temple.

Actually, lazy's the wrong word to use because there's a whole lot more effort involved with innocently coming here to a "questions" forum, asking an actual "question", and getting attacked, than going to google.
