I'll try and give a more comprehensive answer to your question. The simple answer is yes...you can have L2 on a Mac but not on the Mac OS. You need to install Windows 7 onto your mac (as long as it has this capability) and have dual operating systems as L2 only runs on Windows. I have been playing L2 this way for months and it works great, I can even have two clients open with no problem at all on my macbook. All macs with dual operating capabilities comes with a program called bootcamp that helps you install Windows 7 and the necessary drivers. I suggest you look on google for a more detailed guide as I cannot do it justice.
But if you do all this you can indeed enjoy Lineage 2 on a Mac!

correction just for clarification..
you can install windows on an apple pc... not a mac... for accuracies sake, considering the confusiong that has been going on recently, and the debate... When someone referrs to a mac, they are referring to use a apple PC with mac OS..... in which case.. l2 cannot run on that at all.. sorry... however "can i run l2 on an apple pc" the answer is "YES IF windows is installed on it"....

Haha that just seems more confusing to me but okay. I wasn't aware of this controversy over names

Why complicate things?
@OP. You can, but only if you install windows, either through dualbooting or a Windows emulator. Please google "Play windows games on a mac". Was that so hard? ![]() @Judas, What exactly are you saying? Where did you get your apple PC from? Its like saying "No, its not windows.. its a microsoft PC" ![]() Apple makes Mac OS. Microsoft makes Windows OS. Why on earth would you say apple PC? Last edited by Znipoo; 07-22-2012 at 09:04 PM. |

Sry, just recently saw a youtube clip with Teens React about this, looked hilarious.
So ofc I had to ask.

Oh that teens react video......it's sad to see how many of them react in such a prejudice and judgemental way, specially considering the ones that shouldn't throw stones from their glass houses.
Either way, what really amusing is the number of people that will drag a brony through the mud, only to succum to becoming one later on. Most of us only poke fun at them initially because you have to admit it's very humorous, after which is all good. It is a strange community, considering it's so far very young lifespan, it's considered to be the fastest growing "Positive" standing fanbase in the world... It's even hard to avoid a MLP "related video" while just browsing youtube. It's kinda funny, the amount of talent out there on even deviantart is astounding... music covers all genres, and ponified everything. What's nice is most of us will laugh at ourselves. I do get a kick out of under my breath giggling at the thought of a grown man at home watching MLP the moment the opening music begins. But over all it's been years since i've seen a really good show that is honestly made good and not full of crap. What makes it better is the talent/effort/quality of the production which is the drawing factor for me. Throw in John De Lancie (the man that plays "Q" on star trek) as an "exact" related character... so relatable you'd be hard pressed to see a real difference... Here i'll illustrate an example. ![]() Anyways now we are so totally off topic..... lol

Well the OP's question was answered. And my question to you was more interesting IMO.
