Default Mentoring System - Lindvior

So, according to the Patch Notes posted on Innova, the EXP a mentee receives will be decreased from 200% to 50%. That would make leveling a character harder, obviously. Anyone know if there will be other mechanisms introduced to keep leveling the same as it is now? Wouldn't be fair to new players I guess.

Monsters will give more XP below level 85 and the new quests/revamped areas as Tif pointed out.

If I'm not wrong, the exp added to mobs, will compensate the decrease in the mentor buff. Moreover, I think the decrease from 200% to 50% is indeed because the exp revamp.

worst part is that in new update academics give only 1k crp if they join academy <45lvl. and you must xp them to 85lvl..
if you put it in main clan you get ~780crp if you lvlup to 85. that's sad.
just lf infos how fast you can make 1->85 in lindvior with dailies and some xp.

1-84 will also take more exp...... soo...

I HATE questing? One of the main reasons I play L2 instead of other "quest" games this has primarily been a grinding game.

I prefer my grind method of doing 40-78 in 2-4 hours.... If the exp from mobs isn't raised enough to compensate for the increased amount needed then it will take much much longer... I very seriously doubt you would be able to quest that fast... Also runes/vit/mentee bonus etc does not help quest exp.

Also remember we got the vitality exp boost to 300% early, so the change from 200% to 300% will help compensate for some of that loss. Right now we just have the bonus of 300% vit and 200% mentor.

I would get AoE ing with Anakim transfo all the way but not sure o.o Raidbosses if you can manage to solo them

So theoretically this is a [potential] huge nerf to Mentees but a huge boost to non-mentored Sub Classes?

Also, doesn't XP at 85+ from MOBs get boosted, with VIT nerfed down to compensate? Not sure if that's in the patch notes or not, but it was something that was discussed before...

I think that was because in Korea vit was an extra 200% exp and is now 100% extra.

Correct, but the increase in MOB XP to compensate was huge, so I didn't really care about some VIT that barely lasted (I'm not going to buy from L2Store to maintain it).

Are mobs in fields still going to give non-factor XP (600k XP from a level 90/91 field MOB is pretty terrible, for example)? If so, then it will still be "Daileage II." VIT has never lasted factorably long in R Grade, it's the 30%+ Boost to MOB XP that would have been huge and instrumental in getting people to do more than AFK By the Kartia PC/Izael/Sookie and ignore traditional XP zones...

That would be great.. but I doubt that will happen...
